Manage regional treasury center for EMEA: oversee liquidity pools, liquidity and FX operations, build regional fund management policies, review intra-regional payments, prepare treasury reports, and coordinate treasury system/data requirements with headquarters.

Execute daily treasury operations (fund settlements, liquidity replenishment, credit card billing, collections), develop and maintain treasury SOPs and workflows, and act as primary contact for business payment/receipt inquiries, resolving routine treasury operational questions.

Perform full-cycle accounting including daily transactions, month/year-end close, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements and variance analyses, drive process automation and system integrations, support audits and tax compliance, assess financial risks and implement mitigation, and partner with business and tech teams to refine SOPs and deliver accounting policy guidance.

Manage receivables by auditing bills, resolving exceptions, and accelerating collections. Improve settlement processes and systems, monitor compliance and risk, collaborate cross-functionally, deliver financial training, produce analytics and data-driven insights, and deploy strategies to mitigate bad debt.

Manage full-process accounting including revenue, costs, expenses, assets; complete monthly/annual closings and reconciliations; prepare financial statements and operational analyses; drive process optimization and accounting automation; coordinate audits and tax compliance; monitor and remediate financial risks; collaborate with business and technology teams to support financial needs and new business evaluations.
