The role manages financial accounting, month-end and year-end close, funder and regulatory reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, external audits, financial systems improvements, and finance team development. It provides strategic and operational financial leadership to senior management, the Board, and audit committees while supporting organizational sustainability and informed decision-making.
