The HR Officer supports recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR policies, training, HR systems, reporting, and employee or manager queries. The role provides first-line guidance on HR processes, maintains confidentiality, prepares employment documentation and communications, and helps ensure compliance with organisational procedures and employment legislation. The position works closely with the HR Manager and supports consistent, effective HR service delivery across the organisation.
