Leads digital communications, social media, campaigns, newsletters, website updates, and internal communications for a patient support organization. Responsibilities include creating written, graphic, and video content; coordinating stakeholder engagement; promoting events; monitoring social media performance; producing analytics reports; and supporting awareness, advocacy, and fundraising initiatives. The role requires independent workload management, collaboration, empathy, confidentiality, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
