Coordinates cancer survivorship support services, including counselling, coaching, and new programmes for people affected by cancer. Leads needs assessment, service design, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, quality assurance, evaluation, and reporting. Builds partnerships with community cancer support centres and health and social care organisations while supporting continuous improvement and organisational strategy.

Provides compassionate support to fundraisers, donors, volunteers, and stakeholders across phone, email, social media, and post. Maintains supporter relationships, responds to enquiries, conducts welcome and thank-you calls, and coordinates fulfilment requests. Processes donations, maintains accurate CRM records, scans documentation, manages donation batches, and ensures timely acknowledgements. Supports fundraising targets, post administration, compliance with data protection requirements, and wider team projects.
