Owns national pharmaceutical accounts across Ireland, developing strategic account plans, engaging specialist healthcare stakeholders, improving patient access, identifying growth opportunities, and driving commercial performance. Develops and coordinates statistical programming solutions for complex clinical studies, including analysis databases, tables, figures, listings, data integrations, validation, documentation, and ADaM standards. Provides technical leadership, client consulting, process technology development, staff training, project forecasting, and budget/resource management. Requires advanced SAS expertise, CDISC ADaM knowledge, P21 validation experience, and familiarity with eSubmission documentation.

Leads Clinical FSP go-to-market and therapeutic strategy, partnering with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and account teams to shape customer solutions and win new business. Responsibilities include early engagement, RFI/RFP and proposal strategy, bid defenses, solution design, pricing alignment, sales enablement, customer presentations, competitive positioning, and cross-functional coordination. The role develops differentiated FSP narratives and supports complex delivery models, including hybrid, flexible-resourcing, hub-based, and multi-functional solutions.
