Leads biostatistical activities across oncology and other clinical development programs. Oversees statistical analysis plans, ADaM specifications, datasets, TLFs, analyses, timelines, regulatory submissions, and agency interactions. Provides protocol, randomization, sample size, and efficacy consultation; advises biotech clients; supports bid defenses; mentors global biostatistics staff; and contributes to departmental standards, training, presentations, and resource coordination.

Performs setup, SAS programming, refreshes, and peer review of Cluepoints centralized monitoring platforms for clinical studies. Supports monitoring strategy development by implementing quality tolerance limits, key risk indicators, data quality assessments, and visualizations. Reviews protocols, understands study data sources and transfer specifications, maintains platform documentation in the eTMF, interprets basic statistical outputs, and collaborates directly with sponsors and stakeholders.

Lead statistical strategy and provide hands‑on biostatistical support for late‑phase (Phase II/III) clinical trials. Author SAPs, implement advanced methods (time‑to‑event, MMRM, estimands), perform sample size calculations, oversee analyses, collaborate with programmers, and represent Biostatistics in cross‑functional teams and regulatory interactions.
