Manage Linux and Unix servers, oversee system administration, handle incident and problem management, and support global operational efficiency while leading a team in a 24/7 environment.

Conduct site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out) per GCP/ICH; support recruitment plans; train and communicate with sites; track regulatory submissions, enrollment, CRF completion, and data queries; maintain TMF/ISF and monitoring documentation; escalate quality issues and collaborate with study teams.
