Collaborates with Deployment Services, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and R&D teams to improve client outcomes and relay partner and product feedback.

Drive new business growth for Fin by selling AI customer agents to companies across a designated territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, presenting value using MEDDPICC, forecasting, territory planning, closing six-figure deals, and partnering with sales engineers, leaders, product, marketing, and R&D. The role requires German fluency, SaaS or DBaaS closing experience, quota attainment, outbound prospecting success, technical sales ability, and strong interest in AI.

Leads an EMEA team of SMB Account Executives responsible for new-business revenue. Builds sales strategy, territory plans, playbooks, forecasting processes, and operating cadence while coaching and developing sales professionals. Partners with regional leadership on strategic initiatives, drives revenue and logo growth, and ensures execution across complex enterprise opportunities. Requires strong technology sales, first-line management, forecasting, executive communication, and MEDDPICC or similar methodology experience.
