Leads Fin’s highest-priority company initiatives and complex cross-functional programs. The Senior Program Manager defines priorities, outcomes, ownership, and execution plans; partners with executives; resolves risks, blockers, and dependencies; uses data to inform decisions; and improves operating effectiveness. The role requires strong business judgment, communication, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving multiple strategic initiatives from conception through completion.

Drive new business growth by selling Fin’s AI customer service agents to small businesses. Manage the full consultative sales cycle from prospecting through closing complex six-figure deals, exceed quota, conduct outbound prospecting, plan territories, forecast performance, and collaborate with sales, solutions, product, marketing, and R&D teams. Serve as a customer advocate while evangelizing AI transformation and applying sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle and evangelize Intercom's AI customer service product, driving its adoption across Mid-Market clients while mentoring team members and contributing to overall business growth.
