Teams at Interactive Brokers

Provides legal and regulatory advice to Interactive Brokers Ireland across financial services, product launches, cross-border activities, conduct rules, customer documentation, commercial agreements, and regulatory inquiries. The role drafts and negotiates contracts, liaises with external counsel, and collaborates with global legal and compliance teams. It is based in Dublin with four days per week in the office.

Translate financial and technical content between English and German across websites, trading applications, client communications, FAQs, and user guides. Maintain glossaries and translation memories, proofread and edit existing translations, perform quality assurance, and process documents. The role requires strong finance and economics knowledge, CAT-tool expertise, excellent communication, independent work, and the ability to meet tight deadlines collaboratively.

Provide client support to institutional and retail clients, resolve tax and account-related inquiries, review W-8/W-9 forms and certificates of residence, validate account documentation, and perform AML/KYC checks. The role involves coordinating with clients, sales representatives, and internal teams, escalating compliance risks, and improving operational processes while supporting Introducing Brokers and Financial Advisors.
