The role also involves transaction monitoring, identifying financial-crime red flags, documenting risk-based decisions, escalating high-risk issues, and applying local regulations and European directives.

Provide multilingual client support for electronic brokerage services, resolving inquiries about trading platforms, account administration, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, orders, settlements, corporate actions, margins, commissions, and fees. Coordinate with customer service, programming, clearing, cashiering, and compliance teams while supporting service-system and procedure improvements. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, French, or German, plus knowledge of financial instruments, exchange operations, regulations, and margin methodologies.

Processes institutional client account applications for hedge funds, investment advisors, brokers, and corporate entities. Reviews documentation, performs KYC, CDD, and AML checks, ensures regulatory and internal-policy compliance, coordinates approvals with cross-functional teams, and maintains accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
