Coordinates clinical trial site activation and maintenance across the study lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing regulatory and essential documents, managing activation timelines, communicating with sites and study teams, maintaining eTMF and study files, coordinating training, shipments, payments, tracking, and status reporting. The role supports audits, inspections, ethics submissions, investigator meetings, process improvements, and may perform project management duties or mentor junior coordinators.

Lead CRO business development for dermatology and rheumatology across Europe and the Middle East. Manage key accounts, win new business, develop sales strategies, present proposals, negotiate contracts, represent the company at conferences, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with senior management and operations.

Directs portfolios of global clinical studies and large multicenter trials across early-phase and translational research. Oversees Project Managers, budgets, timelines, vendors, quality, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, client relationships, and business development activities. Leads operational strategy, proposal development, performance improvement, and mentoring. Requires extensive CRO and clinical project management experience, including multinational Phase III trials, with required dermatology or rheumatology expertise.
