Coordinates, develops, reviews, and executes client and sponsor contracts and change orders for clinical research projects. Collaborates with Legal, Sales, Finance, project teams, clients, and vendors; analyzes project budgets, prepares payment schedules, maintains contract records and Salesforce updates, supports negotiations and meetings, and contributes to process improvement. Requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Leads client proposal development for clinical research projects, including cost estimates, timelines, scopes of work, research, and competitive analysis. Coordinates with clinical operations, project management, and finance teams to ensure proposal accuracy. Manages proposal workflows, review cycles, deadlines, templates, databases, and supporting tools. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and approximately 5% travel.

Develops, coordinates, writes, edits, and finalizes RFIs, RFPs, and other pre-sales documents. The role gathers information from business development teams and subject matter experts, manages timelines and stakeholder input, maintains the RFI content library, and delivers accurate, tailored client responses. It also supports proposal development, process improvements, and strategic partnership requests while working across global teams and meeting firm deadlines.
