Leads the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of clinical data systems and study databases. Develops programming solutions for data ingestion, validation, extraction, reporting, analytics, and data review. Translates requirements into compliant, scalable clinical solutions, provides technical leadership and customer expertise, supports validation and quality processes, and mentors junior programmers across clinical trial study teams.

Manages and grows copyright-holder and client accounts for Clinical Outcome Assessment services. Responsibilities include project planning, feasibility research, costing, proposal development, pipeline tracking, contract management, account reporting, COA distribution setup, copyright due diligence, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, licensing, operations, and commercial teams.

Processes EMEA payroll inputs, validates trial and final payroll outputs, reconciles changes, uploads bank files, manages payroll queries, and ensures tax, pension, compliance, audit, documentation, and SOX requirements are met. The role collaborates with HR, Legal, Finance, employees, auditors, and external payroll providers while working to strict deadlines and maintaining accuracy across high-volume transactions.
