The HR Technology Lead will oversee HR technology solutions implementation and management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing employee experience.

Provide administration, support, patching, and lifecycle management for the enterprise Citrix environment. Handle incident and escalation management, root cause analysis, performance optimisation, documentation, and change/maintenance activities while resolving issues from support teams.

Support financial planning and month-end processes by preparing client and internal study reports, forecasts, budget reconciliations, dashboards and commentary; partner with operations to review study financial health, identify risks, and drive actions across stakeholders.
