Provide end-to-end administration for Life & Pensions, supporting new business, policy lifecycle management, group scheme administration, CRM maintenance, client queries, provider liaison, compliance adherence, and process improvement within a small advisory team.

The Personal Lines Account Executive will manage policy renewals, enhance client satisfaction, and drive new business opportunities while ensuring compliance and market awareness.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Financial Lines clients (PI, D&O, Cyber, Crime, EPL). Provide technical advice, conduct risk assessments, negotiate placements and renewals, prepare market submissions, pursue new business and cross-sell, mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and build insurer and client relationships to drive team growth and service delivery.
