Supports project and service delivery for EV charging infrastructure, coordinating field engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, schedules, resources, SLAs, budgets, risks, documentation, procurement, reporting, and compliance. The role monitors performance, manages escalations, prepares project and RAMS/RAMPS documentation, and contributes to continuous improvement while ensuring health, safety, quality, and contractual standards are met.

Leads engineering activities for complex, high-value offshore and onshore substation projects during tendering and execution. Defines technical scope, develops HV/MV/LV power system architectures, leads multi-country design teams, prepares engineering work plans and specifications, coordinates suppliers and subcontractors, supports procurement and customer approvals, and manages technical risks, opportunities, quality, safety, and compliance.

Leads electrical substation engineering for transmission and distribution projects, covering primary equipment, protection and control systems, auxiliary systems, design documentation, technical approvals, cost and schedule management, testing, installation, commissioning, and client meetings. Develops design schemes, specifications, diagrams, cable schedules, sizing calculations, and project work plans while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. Coaches team members and coordinates multidisciplinary engineering delivery.
