Process and manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring timely release and resolution of order issues. Act as point of contact for clients, prepare dispatch/shipping documentation, qualify payments, enter orders into SAP, maintain order databases, create purchase and internal work orders, and collaborate with sales, supply chain, logistics, vendors and customers to meet service standards.

Design and review secondary protection and control systems for HV/MV industrial installations. Produce single-line and circuit diagrams, protection interfaces, signal lists, relay configurations, cable schedules, BoQs and FAT procedures. Coordinate with suppliers, project managers and manufacturing, ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards, mentor junior engineers, and use Hitachi Energy configuration tools to deliver projects on schedule.

Lead and coordinate all on-site activities for start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning. Manage site planning, subcontractors, material handling, stakeholder relations, HSE compliance and project security to deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality standards.

Manage power grid integration projects from planning through close-out. Define scope, schedules, financials, risks, procurement, contracts and stakeholder relations while ensuring HSE compliance and project governance.

The Senior Project Engineer will provide technical support for tendering and execution of customer projects, manage engineering activities, and lead project teams in the energy sector.
