Lead European strategic planning, growth roadmaps, market sizing, expansion assessments, and executive OKR alignment. Build TAM/SAM models, evaluate regulatory and competitive environments, develop go-to-market business cases, and support M&A target screening. Advise country and functional leaders, facilitate strategy workshops, track performance through executive dashboards, and translate complex analysis into recommendations for senior executives and the Board.

Partner with the Chief of Strategy and CEO Office to translate European strategic priorities into plans, governance, and operating rhythms. Coordinate ELT meetings, prepare briefing materials, track delivery of priorities, lead selected cross-functional projects, and ensure clear communications and alignment across senior stakeholders.
