Teams at Hightouch

Partner with Account Executives to overcome technical and business obstacles during enterprise sales. Conduct discovery with technical and non-technical stakeholders, understand customer data challenges, design creative solutions, explain technical concepts, advocate for customer needs internally, and create compelling technical content. The role focuses on Martech and data solutions involving cloud warehouses, engineering, analytics, modeling, APIs, and customer data platforms.

Advise customers and internal teams on email deliverability, manage high-volume sender migrations, oversee IP warm-up and reputation, and build ISP relationships. Analyze bounce, complaint, and engagement data to assess performance and recommend improvements. Establish deliverability processes and best practices, educate technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the platform.

Lead technical sales for German-market customers: perform deep discovery, design architectures, deliver tailored demos, run end-to-end proof-of-concepts, and win complex enterprise deals while building technical champions across engineering and marketing stakeholders.
