Drives AI marketing strategy and transformation for enterprise customers. Owns AI Decisioning use cases from discovery through launch and expansion, leads customer design sessions, documents requirements, manages technical projects, mitigates risks, builds stakeholder relationships, and identifies campaigns or optimizations that improve outcomes. Partners closely with engineers, product teams, marketers, executives, and IT stakeholders while contributing to AI Decisioning product strategy.

Partner with Account Executives to overcome technical and business obstacles during enterprise sales. Conduct discovery with technical and non-technical stakeholders, understand customer data challenges, design creative solutions, explain technical concepts, advocate for customer needs internally, and create compelling technical content. The role focuses on Martech and data solutions involving cloud warehouses, engineering, analytics, modeling, APIs, and customer data platforms.

Advise customers and internal teams on email deliverability, manage high-volume sender migrations, oversee IP warm-up and reputation, and build ISP relationships. Analyze bounce, complaint, and engagement data to assess performance and recommend improvements. Establish deliverability processes and best practices, educate technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the platform.
