Advise customers and internal teams on email deliverability, manage high-volume sender migrations, oversee IP warm-up and reputation, and build ISP relationships. Analyze bounce, complaint, and engagement data to assess performance and recommend improvements. Establish deliverability processes and best practices, educate technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the platform.

Lead technical sales for German-market customers: perform deep discovery, design architectures, deliver tailored demos, run end-to-end proof-of-concepts, and win complex enterprise deals while building technical champions across engineering and marketing stakeholders.

Partner with Account Executives to remove technical and business obstacles in sales, engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, design data and CDP solutions, demonstrate product value, and create technical content to close enterprise Martech/data customers.
