Own the technical customer journey for large enterprise accounts, from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion. Provide proactive product guidance, manage customer-facing technical projects, troubleshoot complex systems, coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering, and communicate customer use cases to influence product improvements. Partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to maximize Hightouch adoption and customer value.

Provides technical, customer-facing support to help users maximize value from the platform. Responsibilities include answering questions across Intercom, Slack, phone, and email; interpreting API documentation; supporting SaaS integrations and data workflows; participating in on-call support; and collaborating with Solutions, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve customer experiences.

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive complex enterprise SaaS sales across the DACH region. The role involves building pipeline through outbound prospecting and land-and-expand strategies, managing enterprise sales cycles, conducting discovery, and developing customer relationships. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, coachable, ambitious, adaptable, and strong communicators. Fluent German and residence outside Germany within EMEA are required, with MarTech or data experience preferred.
