Manage technical aspects of SAP Commerce projects, ensuring quality deliverables and successful outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsible for project timelines, budgets, and risk management while delivering scalable technical solutions.

Manage receipt, storage, invoicing, dispatch and organization of stock at the Dublin office. Place purchase orders, perform weekly cycle counts and biannual full counts, support Service and Equipment Sales teams with stock control and availability, maintain store cleanliness and follow health & safety procedures. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Design, implement, and maintain SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) identity solutions; customize workflows, manage APIs/webhooks, integrate CDC with SAP Commerce Cloud and third-party systems; implement authentication/SSO and data protection; troubleshoot integrations; collaborate with frontend/backend/DevOps; support deployment, monitoring, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance.
