Lead backend feature implementation for a healthcare AI SaaS: design and deliver scalable Python services, optimize data storage, manage cloud infrastructure and message queues, build and secure high-performance APIs, integrate third-party systems, and collaborate with frontend and AI teams to ship production-grade, tested systems.

Operate and improve production platform reliability: participate in on-call and incident response, manage Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, enhance observability, automate toil, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with engineering teams to reduce incidents and improve operational readiness.

Provide end-to-end technical support for Heidi's AI healthcare product: triage and resolve escalated customer issues via chat, email, and phone; debug complex problems; monitor system health; collaborate with engineering and product teams; and drive process and tooling improvements to prevent recurring incidents.
