Identifies and manages defects and risks, supports business sign-off, promotes automation and continuous improvement, and serves as a subject matter expert for operational and testing matters.

Investor Services Managers oversee the management of investor services, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships while managing a team.

The Financial Reporting Supervisor will prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant GAAP standards, manage relationships with investment managers and auditors, and ensure timely delivery of reports.
