Leads the Client Onboarding team supporting institutional and private wealth investors across fund products. Oversees daily onboarding execution, service standards, workload allocation, issue resolution, regulatory adherence, reporting, third-party provider relationships, and process improvements. Partners with internal teams and external administrators to mitigate risk, improve efficiency, support product launches, and deliver a high-quality client experience while coaching and developing team members.

Leads technology and data strategy for product capabilities, third-party administrator integrations, fund operations, and investment product launches. Owns roadmaps, requirements, data quality controls, vendor relationships, delivery sequencing, testing, cutover planning, and launch readiness. Coordinates architects, data teams, operations, project managers, analysts, and business leaders while managing one direct report and influencing broader matrix teams.

Support client onboarding and fund-closing processes across investment, sales, legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and marketing teams. Coordinate timelines, priorities, stakeholder communication, and risk monitoring. Review subscription and Know Your Customer documents, communicate with clients to resolve documentation issues, and help deliver an efficient, positive client experience.
