Design, develop, and operate reliable software and platform capabilities for Guidewire’s multi-tenant cloud platform. Build AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, automation, developer tooling, observability, authentication systems, and self-healing capabilities. Support incident response and 24/7 production operations while improving reliability, security, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with engineering teams, document systems, mentor teammates, and help transform operations into a modern software engineering function.

Lead multiple teams building the Guidewire Cloud Platform and Jutro Digital Platform (JDP). Drive technical excellence across frontend (React, Module Federation) and backend (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot) microservices on AWS and Kubernetes, champion AI-assisted Spec-Driven Development, manage delivery, hiring, incident response, and mentor engineers to improve quality and velocity.

Deliver database upgrade services for cloud migrations, automate upgrade tooling, analyze and resolve data/code issues, mentor junior staff, achieve Guidewire product certification, and collaborate with customers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
