Lead design token strategy and component library development in Figma. Own token architecture and lifecycle, produce usage specs, partner with engineers to align tokens with code (e.g., Storybook), and pilot AI-driven design workflows to scale adoption across product teams.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot moderate-to-complex platform features using agile practices. Deliver secure, performant, well-tested code, collaborate across teams, support CI/CD pipelines, and develop web services (SOAP/REST). Contribute to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement; work hybrid from Dublin.

Serve as the primary customer contact guiding adoption and delivery of Guidewire products. Build stakeholder relationships, co-develop roadmaps, manage risks and delivery milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals. Focus on Southern Europe & Benelux markets and require fluent French and insurance domain expertise.
