This internship is designed for a student who wants to gain first-hand experience in a product marketing role within an industry-leading insurance technology company. You will work closely with seasoned marketers to turn product value into compelling content that reaches insurers across the globe. This is a unique opportunity to build a professional portfolio while seeing the measurable business impact of your work.

Job Description

What You’ll Do: 
  • Content Creation: Partner with the product marketing team to draft website copy, blog posts, and thought leadership assets that showcase the value of the Marketplace.

  • Message Translation: Learn to translate complex technical concepts and partner updates into clear, human-centric messaging for different customer personas.

  • Sales Enablement: Assist in creating and updating sales tools like pitch decks and one-pagers that help our global sales team succeed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in meetings with Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to learn how a global tech organization operates.

  • At Guidewire, we foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI—empowering our teams to continuously leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.


Qualifications: 
  • Education: Degree Preferred - Current Senior or Graduate student in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail. Writing samples requested. 

  • Curiosity: A strong desire to learn how to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling stories that resonate with P&C insurers. 

  • Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
