The Central Operations Manager coordinates priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery across Operations. The role supports transformation and integration initiatives, resolves operational risks and bottlenecks, develops processes and controls, and drives change adoption. It uses KPIs and operational data to inform decisions while preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations. Success requires strong judgement, communication, analytical ability, and influence across teams without direct authority.

Supports consulting engagements focused on organizational and technology-enabled transformation. Responsibilities include change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption planning, governance, risk tracking, client relationship management, and producing project deliverables. The role also contributes to proposals, methodology development, knowledge sharing, and practice initiatives.

Deliver French GAAP compliance and reporting engagements for multinational clients. Prepare and review financial statements, convert US GAAP or IFRS trial balances, address tax requirements, develop technical accounting papers, train stakeholders, manage deadlines and budgets, mentor junior colleagues, and build international client relationships.
