Creates and maintains technical documentation and learning content for Grafana observability products. Collaborates with engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts; tests software and procedures; uses AI tools to improve drafting, validation, and maintenance; applies analytics to prioritize content; improves information architecture and consistency; manages multiple projects; and mentors teammates.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market approach for Grafana Federal Cloud and BYOC products. Adapt Grafana Cloud capabilities for regulated, sovereign, customer-owned, and cost-sensitive environments. Partner with Engineering, Technical Program Management, Security, Compliance, Legal, Product Marketing, customers, and partners to deliver deployment solutions, support strategic deals, and shape future deployment models.

Leads two distributed frontend engineering squads responsible for Grafana’s frontend platform and navigation experiences. The role oversees hiring, team development, product discovery, roadmap prioritization, delivery, architecture, reliability, accessibility, security, and operational excellence. The manager partners with Product and Design, drives AI and automation adoption, supports open-source and cloud-first delivery, participates in engineering on-call, and improves developer productivity and customer outcomes.
