Build and operate control-plane services and reconciliation systems for Grafana Cloud stacks. Design scalable, reliable backend microservices, improve rollout and recovery paths, support regional rollouts, collaborate across teams, participate in incident response and OnCall, and contribute to roadmap and operations improvements.

Embed with Mimir, Loki, and Tempo squads to own production reliability for high-SLA Grafana Cloud database customers. Design SLOs, build automation to scale reliability, reduce SLO burn, lead incident response and post-incident reviews, improve observability and alerting, mentor engineers, influence product design for operability, and drive toil elimination and scalable operational practices across multi-cloud, multi-tenant environments.

Lead end-to-end projects for Pyroscope: design, build, and operate ingestion, storage, and query components of a distributed profiling database. Drive product decisions, own SLOs and cost targets, participate on-call, collaborate across Grafana teams, engage with customers and the open-source community, and improve operational excellence and adoption.
