Drive product decisions, own SLOs and cost targets, participate on-call, collaborate across Grafana teams, engage with customers and the open-source community, and improve operational excellence and adoption.

Design, implement, test, and operate core backend services for an AI-native context management system: ingestion, indexing, retrieval APIs, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, agent-facing integrations, observability, and production reliability. Collaborate across product and infrastructure, iterate quickly, and drive technical direction for a new product area.

Build and operate Grafana Labs' bare-metal platform: provision storage, networking, and Kubernetes clusters; manage control planes, CNIs, load balancing, scheduling and autoscaling; maintain Crossplane compositions and Terraform modules; collaborate with application teams; participate in on-call rotation and datacenter operations.

Design, develop, test, and ship AI-powered features and agent/LLM workflows for large datasets. Rapidly prototype, iterate with users, integrate agentic components with internal tools, and ensure scalable, production-grade AI solutions using cloud-native and observability practices.

Manage Grafana's bare-metal to Kubernetes stack: provision physical resources, operate Kubernetes control planes, manage networking, scheduling and autoscaling, maintain Crossplane and Terraform modules, collaborate with application teams, participate in on-call, and improve platform reliability and performance.

Lead architecture and multi-quarter initiatives for Tempo, improving ingestion, storage, query, APIs, and operational excellence. Mentor engineers, own SLO-driven outcomes, participate in on-call, collaborate with product and sibling teams, and contribute to the open-source project.

Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable backend systems for Grafana Alerting. Drive features from ideation to production, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, contribute to open-source, and collaborate with customers and Grafana Cloud teams to deliver reliable alert ingestion, evaluation, and delivery at scale.
