Build and evolve high-performance iOS instrumentation SDKs for mobile observability. Own projects end to end, ensure quality through testing and CI, document solutions, collaborate across engineering and product teams, contribute to open source, mentor teammates, and help shape the mobile observability roadmap.

Build and operate scalable database systems supporting OLAP and OTLP workloads, including ingestion, query planning, distributed execution, storage formats, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Develop APIs for AI-agent retrieval workflows, instrument services with observability tools, and contribute to architecture, deployment, and reliability decisions. The role requires strong production software engineering, distributed systems, cloud-native experience, and expertise in Go, C++, or Rust.

Manage and develop a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers building Grafana Cloud observability ingestion and deployment tools. Guide projects from ideation through launch, collaborate with product, engineering leadership, and go-to-market teams, and ensure strong customer outcomes. Foster psychological safety, technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement while supporting career growth and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on Fleet Management, Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Charts, and the Instrumentation Hub.

Embed with Mimir, Loki, and Tempo squads to own production reliability for high-SLA Grafana Cloud database customers. Design SLOs, build automation to scale reliability, reduce SLO burn, lead incident response and post-incident reviews, improve observability and alerting, mentor engineers, influence product design for operability, and drive toil elimination and scalable operational practices across multi-cloud, multi-tenant environments.
