Drive features from ideation to production, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, contribute to open-source, and collaborate with customers and Grafana Cloud teams to deliver reliable alert ingestion, evaluation, and delivery at scale.

Embed with Mimir, Loki, and Tempo squads to own production reliability for high-SLA Grafana Cloud database customers. Design SLOs, build automation to scale reliability, reduce SLO burn, lead incident response and post-incident reviews, improve observability and alerting, mentor engineers, influence product design for operability, and drive toil elimination and scalable operational practices across multi-cloud, multi-tenant environments.

Lead technical direction and deliver large-scale authentication systems in Go, redesigning edge authentication for low-latency, high-throughput multi-tenant environments. Drive cross-team alignment on OAuth/OIDC/SAML/LDAP/SCIM, mentor senior engineers, own reliability and operations, and represent Grafana in the identity community.
