Own the full sales cycle for acquiring net-new Commercial customers for Gong Foundations. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline development, value proposition demonstrations, executive relationship building, sales forecasting, quota attainment, and managing 7–10 day pilot programs. The role requires strong new-business closing, outbound prospecting, communication, and consultative selling skills, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.

Own the full sales cycle for acquiring net-new mid-market customers, with emphasis on outbound prospecting, pipeline management, relationship building, product demonstrations, pilot programs, forecasting, and quarterly quota attainment. The role requires selling SaaS platform solutions to business customers, closing deals ranging from $50,000 to $250,000, and consistently achieving new-business sales goals.

Lead end-to-end enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and handover. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, change management, and executive stakeholder communications. Coordinate consultants and cross-functional teams, drive customer adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and improve Professional Services delivery through AI, automation, reusable workflows, and standardized methodologies. Coach junior Engagement Managers and ensure smooth transitions to post-go-live teams.
