Teams at Global Payments

Provide in-house commercial and corporate legal support for UK and Ireland markets, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing disputes and insolvency matters, advising on product, regulatory and operational projects, supporting governance and tax tasks, and maintaining legal templates and playbooks. Work closely with senior counsel and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice that enables growth while managing risk.

Lead and manage regional project and program management teams across UK, EU and APAC for SMB; establish consistent PM standards and reporting; own execution of programs, budgets and timelines; identify revenue acceleration and efficiency opportunities; manage stakeholders, prioritize work, and ensure alignment to strategic objectives.

Coordinate client deployments by managing purchase orders, vendor relationships, inventory and SLA adherence. Assist with pricing, billing dispute resolution, basic testing, job costing, vendor quality tracking, and client communications to ensure timely production and delivery.
