Lead, hire, onboard, and coach a regional BDR team to generate qualified pipeline. Collaborate with Sales, Events, Marketing, and Product Marketing to develop outbound messaging, manage opportunity qualification, and drive results.

Provide post-sales technical consultancy and solution guidance for GitLab, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Deliver architecture and best-practice recommendations, run demos and workshops, align with account teams, and develop reusable enablement assets while maintaining specialty competency in relevant technologies.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales process while building relationships with customers in the mid-market segment, guiding them in adopting GitLab's AI-enabled DevSecOps platform and ensuring pipeline accuracy.
