Manage a portfolio of customer subscription renewals from tracking and quoting through on-time closure. Conduct consultative customer conversations, identify expansion opportunities, prepare renewal documentation, analyze usage and contract details, resolve issues, and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal while escalating complex situations and supporting forecasting, retention, and revenue growth in a remote environment.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting. This is a tactical, quota-carrying individual-contributor role in a fully remote environment.
