Build customer relationships, promote Discovery services (bioassays, antibodies, cell line products), follow up on quotes/leads, forecast sales, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, share market insights, and travel extensively to meet sales targets and expand into new markets.

Lead and manage EU/UK and global import-export compliance: develop policies, oversee documentation and HS code classification, manage licenses, conduct risk assessments and audits, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with legal, logistics, and external authorities to ensure compliant cross-border movement of biotech products.
