Advance Global ICS digital maturity by identifying manual processes, assessing automation opportunities, translating business requirements for Automation teams, and maintaining automation backlogs. Enhance Workiva automation and build integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan. Document current and target workflows, support testing and deployment validation, coordinate with IT and ICS stakeholders, maintain SAP reporting expertise, and assist with GRC, Workiva, reporting, and other ICS operations.

Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure: gathers requirements, develops custom reports and dashboards, tests and validates solutions, supports UAT, mentors peers, handles ad-hoc data requests, and improves report performance and user adoption across HR teams.
