The role involves designing and operating production-grade Python services for AI-driven document systems. Responsibilities include building document pipelines, implementing semantic search, and mentoring junior engineers.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze and optimize enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, and processes. Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, support integrations and APIs, coordinate testing and deployments, maintain documentation and runbooks, provide application administration and support, and identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation and process improvements.

Lead and modernize Foxits global IT operations across identity, endpoint, collaboration, cloud, and service desk. Drive AI-augmented service desk, AIOps, automation, endpoint modernization, and consistent global service delivery while managing budgets, vendors, security/compliance partnerships, and a distributed IT team.
