Lead and coordinate study start-up/site activation across countries, guide site activation specialists, develop country-specific ICFs, use data/forecasting to drive timelines, mentor team members, identify process improvements, and escalate/resolves start-up delays to achieve Ready-to-Enroll status.

Lead site budget and contract activities across assigned UK/ROI countries, negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements and site budgets, escalate and resolve complex issues, monitor timelines, support country-level budget setup, use market data to inform decisions, drive process improvements, and ensure sites are contractually and financially ready for patient enrollment.

Conduct and oversee site monitoring visits for Phase II/III interventional trials to ensure protocol, GCP, regulatory, and SOP compliance. Manage site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout; ensure patient safety and data integrity; report and follow up on SAEs; support site feasibility and investigator engagement; maintain documentation and communicate with sites and project teams; travel within Ireland as needed.
