Provide market intelligence, represent the company at events, and prepare forecasts and pipeline reports to drive regional expansion.

Lead operational health and safety for Fluence UK & Ireland BESS projects across development, construction, commissioning, operations and service. Provide H&S advice, audits, inspections, contractor assurance, incident investigation, training, and regulatory compliance to drive continual improvement and enforce ISO 45001 and CDM requirements.
