Recondition, repair, overhaul, and maintain Caterpillar construction machinery in a workshop environment. Responsibilities include inspecting machines, diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, engine, and mechanical issues, assessing repair requirements, sourcing parts, completing refurbishment work, and testing finished equipment. The role requires safe operation of heavy machinery, rigging and lifting procedures, accurate adherence to work plans and deadlines, strong quality standards, and compliance with SHEQ requirements.

Performs on-site diagnosis, repair, servicing, and maintenance of Caterpillar and other heavy plant equipment. Responds to customer service requests, assesses faults, prepares repair estimates, identifies and requisitions parts, and completes agreed repairs safely and efficiently. The role requires autonomous field work, customer communication, knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic equipment expertise, and experience with construction and earth-moving machinery.

Manage a designated territory by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and maximizing equipment and service revenue. Responsibilities include developing territory business plans, using CRM tools, creating sector sales strategies, leveraging marketing and financing options, coordinating customer service, identifying decision-makers, managing opportunities, and closing sales. The role requires capital equipment sales experience, territory management skills, strong customer relationship abilities, planning, organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
