Deliver onboarding and implementation programs for EMEA customers, guiding them from sales handoff through value realization. Build customer relationships and champions, manage goals and adoption plans, identify and mitigate risks, document progress and outcomes, and communicate customer feedback across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Enablement. This founding regional role will help establish Fieldguide’s international onboarding function.
