Manage contractor client onboarding from sign-up through handover to account managers and technical teams. Provide responsive support by phone and email, handle onboarding and cessation administration, process tax relief orders, resolve queries, coordinate internal teams, support client migrations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and recruitment agencies. Contribute to KPI achievement, customer feedback initiatives, process improvements, and a consistently positive customer experience.

Manage an assigned portfolio of personal limited company clients, delivering tax and accounting services, VAT and payroll returns, bookkeeping reviews, year-end support, company secretarial filings, onboarding, and client communications. The role also includes quality control, workflow monitoring, issue escalation, and continuous improvement initiatives, with responsibilities performed under the guidance of account management leadership.
