Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and go-to-market roles across Europe, the US, and APAC. Responsibilities include intake meetings, search strategy, passive-candidate sourcing, structured screening and interviews, evidence-based assessment, candidate engagement, pipeline and reporting management, and advising hiring managers. The role also supports calibration and continuous improvement of Fenergo’s structured recruitment processes while managing multiple concurrent searches and senior stakeholder relationships.

Own tactical execution of Transaction Monitoring features in an enterprise AML/CLM platform. Translate regulatory typologies and client needs into backlog items, collaborate with engineering and data science to deliver detection engines, AI models, alert/case management, tuning and calibration, testing and UAT, and monitoring metrics to optimize detection performance and auditability.
