Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable promotions and rewards software. Guide engineering teams, make architecture and technical trade-off decisions, troubleshoot production issues, improve operational excellence, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and influence engineering best practices. Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders while participating in planning, documentation, and on-call support. Occasional travel to offices, conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities is required.

Analyzes sports and betting data, develops and tests mathematical models for pricing and risk management, and supports sports trading decisions. Responsibilities include sourcing and cleaning large datasets, identifying trends and correlations, automating analytical processes with programming, collaborating with quants, traders, engineers, and product managers, documenting methodologies, and staying current with quantitative analysis and betting markets.

Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support Sportsbook and Casino growth. Analyze iGaming products, operations, and player behavior; partner with commercial stakeholders; build and refine scalable analytics and machine learning solutions; and contribute to personalization and promotion engines. The role also requires applying statistical methods, experimentation, and clear communication to guide business decisions.
