Analyze Sportsbook product performance, conduct testing, create regular and ad hoc reports, and deliver insights that support product development and user-experience optimization. Partner with senior stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to guide data-driven decisions. Develop statistical analyses and models, present metrics, and serve as a trusted analytical advisor within a fast-growing sports betting and gaming organization.

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable promotions and rewards software. Guide engineering teams, make architecture and technical trade-off decisions, troubleshoot production issues, improve operational excellence, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and influence engineering best practices. Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders while participating in planning, documentation, and on-call support. Occasional travel to offices, conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities is required.

Leads platform engineering initiatives across AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and developer tooling. The role architects reliable and scalable platforms, improves developer productivity and operational excellence, partners with application teams, leads cross-team technical programs, mentors engineers, and participates in on-call rotations.
