Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders while participating in planning, documentation, and on-call support. Occasional travel to offices, conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities is required.

Leads platform engineering initiatives across AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and developer tooling. The role architects reliable and scalable platforms, improves developer productivity and operational excellence, partners with application teams, leads cross-team technical programs, mentors engineers, and participates in on-call rotations.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable, secure, high-performance software within an event-driven trading architecture. Collaborate with Product, Quant, and Engineering teams; improve reliability, scalability, testability, documentation, and operational metrics; participate in code reviews, planning, on-call rotations, and occasional travel. The role also involves mentoring teammates, translating business needs into technical solutions, and contributing to product and system architecture decisions.
