Lead RFPs, negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, capacity planning, and risk management. Translate network forecasts and technical requirements into sourcing roadmaps, budgets, acquisition packages, and delivery plans. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, finance, legal, and operations to support fiber builds, carrier turn-ups, site selection, and service acceptance across global markets.
