What It's Like to Work at EZ Texting

Our team goes out to lunch once a month to celebrate each other’s success. We've also done some team bonding. During our last team bonding event, we went snowboarding and skiing in Mammoth.

We educate the team on what the business is trying to do and where the areas of struggle are. Once we are on the same page, we create an environment where departments take employee feedback regarding challenges and opportunities. A culture of transparency creates an environment where creativity is aimed at solving real problems for the business!
