Manage and grow local house accounts by strengthening relationships, coordinating cross-departmentally, ensuring satisfaction, conducting regular calls and annual business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, maintaining client profiles and territory maps, handling invoicing/collections support, and using company systems (EI/Teamsell) to support account activities.

Lead and develop a software engineering team while contributing technically. Ensure code quality, testing, CI/CD, automation, operational readiness, and balanced delivery of new features and technical debt. Partner with product and stakeholders, remove blockers, run retrospectives, and promote inclusive team culture and knowledge sharing.

Sell logistics services within an assigned territory by building customer relationships, entering CRM data, developing value-added solutions, coordinating internal resources, transitioning new accounts, and meeting sales targets. Attend training and local trade groups; support AR and other company needs.
