Manage and grow Expeditors’ relationships with major global customers across Europe. Lead strategic and tactical account activities, drive revenue, retention, and cross-geography collaboration, deliver business reviews, create value-add solutions, meet KPIs, and coordinate with senior leadership to improve service and reduce costs.

Sell logistics services within an assigned territory by building customer relationships, entering CRM data, developing value-added solutions, coordinating internal resources, transitioning new accounts, and meeting sales targets. Attend training and local trade groups; support AR and other company needs.

Manage and grow local house accounts by strengthening relationships, coordinating cross-departmentally, ensuring satisfaction, conducting regular calls and annual business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, maintaining client profiles and territory maps, handling invoicing/collections support, and using company systems (EI/Teamsell) to support account activities.
