The People Partner - Europe provides HR support across Europe, manages the employee lifecycle, and ensures compliance with employment laws while fostering an engaging work environment.

Review and process client and vendor contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments); maintain contract records in Salesforce and DocuSign CLM; facilitate contract progression and execution; coordinate with commercial, legal, service line, and finance stakeholders; enforce turnaround times, escalate issues, assist in policy development, and support contract meetings.

Lead the NAVLIN Market Access & Pricing Systems Implementation, collaborating with clients to optimize pricing solutions, managing teams, and delivering innovative services globally.
