Own and improve the Deal Desk governance framework, reviewing commercial proposals, pricing, margins, risks, terms, and approval requirements. Coordinate Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, Solution Engineering, RevOps, and other stakeholders to evaluate complex opportunities and ensure commercially sound, operationally deliverable deals. Maintain approval matrices and pricing guardrails, model commercial scenarios in Excel, align contracts and handovers, monitor Deal Desk performance, and lead scalable process improvements.
