Owns the strategy and execution of Equinix’s partner community ecosystem, including forums, advisory councils, events, recognition programs, co-marketing initiatives, and feedback mechanisms. Manages community operations, engagement platforms, content, metrics, and scalable playbooks while partnering with Marketing and Enablement to strengthen partner loyalty, advocacy, and commercial impact.

Own and consolidate the global CR&T revenue forecast, govern methodology and assumptions, deliver executive-ready variance analysis and scenario models, partner with Corporate FP&A and regional teams, and improve forecasting accuracy through analytics, processes and tooling (Power BI, automation, ERP).
