Build and deploy reliable, measurable, and safe AI agents for real business workflows. Work within Marketing Engineering and growth pods to identify problems, develop end-to-end solutions, evaluate LLM performance, and measure business impact. The role involves productionizing agent systems beyond demos, using Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and orchestration tools, with potential integration into go-to-market data and marketing systems.

Own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, and flux analysis. Apply ASC 606 to customer contracts, investigate billing and usage exceptions, support audits and SOX readiness, and assess new products and billing models. Partner with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Billing Operations, and FP&A while improving scalable revenue accounting processes and controls.

Site Reliability Engineers will establish reliability standards across AI platforms by designing disaster recovery, defining SLAs and SLOs, improving observability and alerting, managing incident response and on-call processes, conducting post-mortems, and automating investigation and remediation. The role partners closely with product and engineering teams to build resilient, scalable architectures and production systems using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

Build and improve the ElevenAPI developer dashboard, onboarding flows, API key creation, integrations, and self-serve subscription experiences. Own features end to end across frontend and backend, from discovery and design through deployment and iteration. Use developer feedback, product data, and experiments to improve activation and successful integrations while collaborating with a remote team.

Build and operate infrastructure supporting AI model training, inference, and product platforms. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes and GPU clusters across cloud and on-premises environments, provisioning compute and networking, operating databases and Kafka, developing Python-based automation and self-service tooling, and leading cloud migrations and platform improvements focused on reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Requires extensive hypergrowth experience, executive partnership, revenue-talent expertise, and leadership of large international recruiting organizations.

Build and operate core platform systems for users, workspaces, permissions, APIs, authentication, and resource management. Deliver full-stack features with a backend focus, including admin and settings interfaces. Scope work within large existing systems, plan migrations, manage safe rollouts, debug production issues, and collaborate across product and engineering teams. Candidates need strong Python and backend development expertise, software and system design knowledge, testing and security fundamentals, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Build and maintain payments infrastructure, including usage tracking, pricing, billing, payment providers, and stream-processing services. Define certified KPIs for product, finance, and company-wide reporting; establish modeling, testing, CI, documentation, and data-quality standards; collaborate with Data Engineering and stakeholders to create trusted, reusable data products and support AI-agent data use cases.

Build and own ElevenLabs’ influencer marketing channel from the ground up. Responsibilities include creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, campaign planning, creative briefs, launch execution, performance measurement, attribution, budget decisions, and scalable operating systems. The role partners with paid marketing, social, product marketing, data, and legal teams, targeting creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.

Design, build, and maintain open-source projects including server- and client-side SDKs and MCP servers. Improve the ElevenLabs API and develop tooling that enhances the developer experience. Act as the customer zero for new developer products, troubleshoot technical issues, create technical content, and potentially participate in developer conferences.

Lead creative strategy and build scalable AI-powered creative systems for performance marketing. Design static and video ads, run experimentation across major acquisition channels, analyze results with performance tools, and optimize creative workflows and templates to drive acquisition at scale.

Lead end-to-end management of complex enterprise RFPs: qualify pursuits, shape response strategy with account teams, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and deliver high-quality, differentiated submissions using AI-enabled automation and process improvements.

Lead ElevenLabs' public sector and government engagement across Europe. Build relationships with policymakers, monitor and advise on AI-related regulation, represent the company at events, support internal policy development, promote government adoption of products, and design policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
