Sell Element Biosciences sequencing capital equipment across the Nordics by developing territory strategies, growing key accounts, forecasting demand, coordinating with cross-functional teams, using SFDC, and providing customer support and presentations. Requires deep genetics/NGS knowledge and travel.

Provide frontline instrumentation and software support for EMEA customers and distribution partners, triage and resolve hardware/software issues, collaborate with field service, R&D and product teams, maintain knowledge bases, and contribute to continuous improvement and pre-sales workflows.

Manage and grow Element's AVITI instrument and consumables sales in Italy via distributor partnerships. Develop distributor relationships, drive revenue forecasts, coordinate sales/marketing campaigns, deliver technical training, resolve complex issues, monitor competitors, and support post-sales activities with up to 50% travel.
