The role partners with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business leaders to improve customer outcomes and embed sustainable controls and processes.

Manage a portfolio of UK customers by building relationships, driving retention and revenue growth, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, account planning, sales target achievement, forecasting, CRM maintenance, customer meetings, product education, and payments-market analysis. The role requires managing risks, complying with regulations, and maintaining accurate customer and commercial records.

Design, build, secure, and operate enterprise-grade APIs and hybrid integrations connecting cloud platforms to on‑prem banking systems. Deliver reusable API patterns, enforce security/compliance, implement observability and CI/CD, support production operations, and collaborate with architects, security, and business stakeholders to meet regulatory and reliability requirements.
