Act as a strategic finance advisor for Payments, driving forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, business cases, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional alignment to improve growth, profitability, and decision-making. Lead month/quarter reviews, BI and automation improvements, and ensure financial governance and compliance.

Manage a portfolio of small-to-medium clients via phone/email to retain accounts, upsell products, meet revenue and KPI targets, ensure SLAs, and identify profitability opportunities.
