Scale shards, nodes, and petabyte datasets, diagnose performance and concurrency issues, support operations/support teams, and own end-to-end projects including technical design and cross-team development.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Elastic Agent Builder. Define roadmap, work with customers, sales, engineering, data science, and design to build context engineering, benchmarking, and UX for AI agents. Evangelize capabilities and partner with cloud providers and developer community.
